You can contact the staff about pretty much anything. Including;

  • Problems with payments, refunds, etc
  • Technical issues at the events
  • Suggestions, ideas or comments that you don't want to share publicly
  • Complaints, harassment, problems on the forums
  • Amusing pictures of lolcats ;)
